Kaplan Hecker & Fink partners Roberta Kaplan and Shawn Crowley are shortlisted for The National Law Journal’s 2023 “Winning Litigators” award.
“Winning Litigators” finalists achieved a significant win in a jury or bench trial between Jan. 1, 2022, and June 1, 2023. The National Law Journal described “significant” wins as “prevailing when substantial damages were at stake, setting a legal precedent or overcoming an unfriendly jurisdiction.”
Winners will be announced at an awards dinner at the Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown, on October 26, 2023.
