Of counsel Trevor Morrison was appointed by President Biden as a member of the Permanent Committee for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Devise. The Permanent Committee for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Devise was established by Congress in 1955. The Committee is charged with documenting and disseminating the history of the United States Supreme Court. The Committee is composed of the Librarian of Congress and four additional members appointed by the President.
