Jacqueline Sahlberg is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Jacqueline joined the firm after completing clerkships with the Honorable James E. Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to her clerkships, Jacqueline was a summer associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a summer law clerk at the Washington State Office of the Solicitor General. Jacqueline received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School where she was honored as the Massachusetts 2017 Justice for All Project Research Fellow and Best Overall Team and Best Brief in Final and Semi-Final Rounds for the Ames Moot Court Competition. She participated in an externship with Protect Democracy, was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and served as the Supervising Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Before law school, Jacqueline worked in compliance at Goldman Sachs and volunteered on the Financial Distress Research Project at Harvard Law School's Access to Justice Lab. She received her B.A. from Yale University.
