Jessica Levy is a summer associate in the New York office of Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP and a second-year student at Harvard Law School.
At Harvard Law School, Jessica is a Notes Editor on the Harvard Law Review. She is also a Torts Teaching Fellow for Professor Richard Lazarus and a Research Assistant for Professors Daphna Renan and Nikolas Bowie.
Last summer, Jessica worked as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Federal Programs Branch. She worked on briefs and memoranda for matters involving a range of agencies, including HUD, Treasury, HHS, and the FBI.
Prior to law school, Jessica worked as a Research Fellow at the Public International Law & Policy Group, a global pro bono law firm that specializes in peace negotiations, transitional justice, and war crimes documentation.
Jessica received her A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard College, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. At Harvard College, Jessica was an Edmond J. SafraUndergraduate Ethics Fellow, a Liman Summer Public Interest Law Fellow, and in 2018 she was awarded the Harvard College Endicott Peabody SaltonstallPrize.
