Melissa McCullough

Melissa McCullough is the Director of Administration at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Melissa joins the firm from Goodwin LLP where she was the Sr. Office Administrator and managed the day-to-day operations of the New York office and directly managed a 55-member secretarial and reception team.  In this role, Melissa worked with senior management to oversee local operations, budgeting, crisis management plans, business continuity planning, and helped to increase employee engagement by executing change management initiatives on a local level.  She worked with leadership to facilitate a remote working environment during the COVID-19 pandemic, resolving work issues and implementing remote work policies and then subsequently overseeing the office re-entry protocols while working in compliance with New York State directives.

Melissa is currently working on her M.S. in Organizational Leadership (expected 2022) at Quinnipiac University.  She graduated John Jay College of Criminal Justice magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology, and is a certified human resources professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resources Management.
